Salesmen can also enter collections, view customer's current outstanding bills, access customer ledger statements, identify non-billed counters and products, check current inventory position, view pending order quantities, and prevent duplication of previous orders. The app also provides rates as per prices mapped to the customer, and allows users to send order PDFs via WhatsApp.
